This is a full-time, hourly position.

Shift: Training on 1st Shift, then will work a 2-2-3 rotation. 7A-7P / 7P-7A alternating monthly. Must have ability to work any shift, overtime including weekends, holidays, or different shifts with advance notice as needed.

The ADM Glycols Plant is seeking a knowledgeable person familiar with food and chemical processing operations for the day-to-day operational activities of equipment at the Glycols Plant in Decatur, IL. The applicant will start out in an entry level position, and they will be expected to prove the potential for becoming a utility operator within six months. The plant produces USP & Industrial grades of renewable sourced propylene glycol, glycerin, and co-products utilizing various production processes and operational functions. These include material handling, reactors, distillation, and other separations. You will gain knowledge of the facility, general department knowledge, and handle tasks through completion of tasks and look for ways to improve the process and personal performance.
