Salary Grade/Rate Classification/Pay Range: A1 - $31.93 per hour.

At Enbridge, our Utility Administration Clerk is responsible for providing administrative support to the utility services group within the Sudbury/North Eastern Ontario geographical area. This includes verifying and entering timesheets, processing expense reports, managing a busy email inbox and much more.

What You Will Do (Responsibilities):

Provide administrative support to Utility Services including distribution of incoming/outgoing mail and monitoring centralized e-mail box.

Verify and data enter timesheets into the Workday time entry system.

Create and maintain annual vacation, flex day, banked overtime, standby, overtime and shift schedules.

Support administration of credit card charges, out of pocket expenses, as well as process and submit invoices for payment in SAP

Receive and respond to telephone calls/email inquiries including complaints.

Approve vacation requests within specified guidelines.

Process paperwork associated with Plant Damages, Accident Reports, completed Job Packages, Third Party Billing Charges, scanning and updating automated systems such as MAXIMO.

Provide support for other duties on an as-need basis.

Who You Are (Qualifications):

You will have a minimum high school education and be able to work independently on core tasks.

Preference for candidates with experience in Workday, SAP and/or Maximo systems.

Must meet the Company’s requirements as to “General Qualifications”.

Must be able to communicate by telephone, computer, and in person in a clear, concise and courteous manner with field personnel, managers and others contacting the department, ensuring maximum information is obtained.

Must be task oriented and a team player with excellent time management and typing skills.

Must have demonstrated an ability to learn computer systems, Workday, CATS/SAP, SAP CIS, View Direct, Excel, Word and Maximo.

Must be capable of learning and interpreting work codes, work order priorities and company policies and procedures.

Must be able to work responsibly under indirect supervision.

Comment: This role is covering an employee who is on Leave. The contract duration of this role will be 6-8 weeks.
