Together, we do great things. **The Impact You Will Have:** The **Utility Engagement Analyst** will support the team leading early-stage power engagement and utility company coordination across the North American footprint. This role will support the evaluation and securing of utility capacity at each campus to support data center development. This role will interface and collaborate with many critical stakeholders, including but not limited to energy leaders responsible for utility contracts and negotiations; utility engagement developing relationships with utilities; pre-development leads evaluating new properties; operations leaders managing load growth projections; and development team project leaders planning and building new data centers. **What You Will Do:** • Support the Utility Engagement team with required reporting, data collection, and deliverables • Manage and organize documentation for utility engagement projects • Support project schedules and report on milestones for utility projects • Support cost forecasting of utility power delivery to the data center • Track and report on status of the utility interconnection process **BASIC QUALIFICATIONS** • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, business, finance, or equivalent professional experience • One to three years of utility power exposure • Experience working on cross-functional teams and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. • Experience with Microsoft Office suite, specifically PowerPoint for use in communicating program updates, and Excel to create and maintain project budgets • Able to travel up to 50% of the time or as needed to support relationship building and diligence • US Citizenship for this position is required by law due to federal customer contracts **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** • Knowledge of utility partners, including investor-owned / COOP / municipal utilities, and ISOs/RTOs • Ability to read and understand utility system studies • Highly organized and able to work with multiple stakeholders • Ability to manage deadlines and support staff **The Perks (and these are just a few** **!** **):** + Q-Rest Sabbatical + Employee Stock Purchase Plan + QTS scholarship for dependents + Eagle Club Award Trip Eligibility + Paid Volunteer and Floating days + Tuition Assistance, Parental Leave and Military Leave Assistance **TOTAL REWARDS** This role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; 401(k) retirement plan; flexible spending and HSA accounts; paid holidays; paid time off; paid volunteer days; employee assistance program; tuition assistance; parental leave; military leave assistance; QTS scholarship for dependents; wellness program, and other company benefits.
