Position Summary: This position offers an exciting opportunity for Utility I-Bulk Shipping and receiving in Mill department of Rice Mill.Job Responsibilities: Duties include but are not limited to: Duties include but are not limited to:Daily and pre-use inspections of forklifts and bobcatsDaily inventory of re-work, bran and scalpingReceiving paddy trucks Load trucks and railcars Dump re-works and any other on a daily basis Preventative Maintenance and Cleaning of equipmentPreventative maintenance and cleaning of equipmentAssist in development of SOP’s and Work InstructionsTrain new hiresCan work overtime each dayEnforcement of all ADM policies and proceduresAssist in completing JSA’s Must have a demonstrated history of safe work behavior and a sincere desire to follow and improve upon safety policies and procedures.Promotes the ADM Way and Core ValuesAbility to manage a diverse teamAble to communicate with all levels of the organizationAll other duties assigned by management Qualifications Forklift qualifiedWork well with othersGood attendanceNot afraid of heightsMust have a demonstrated history of safe work behavior and a sincere desire to follow and improve upon safety policies and proceduresBasic Math skills Respectful, positive attitudeStrong work ethicMust be self-motivatedMust possess excellent leadership, team building, problem solving, time managing, and organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationBilingual is a plusPhysical Requirements: Walking and/or standing for extended periods of timeWorking in environments at varying temperatures and noise levelsOccasionally lifting, stooping and climbingAvailable to work occasional weekends and/or holidays as well as during off hours to address emergency conditions or other situations that may ariseThis position offers a complete benefit package, including 401K/ESOP, pension, health, life and dental insurance.
