Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Individual to work with one of our largest clients on site. We are looking to bring someone on that can go door to door and look at water meters. This person should be able to communicate professionally, be willing to work 40 hours a week, and have reliable transportation.
ResponsibilitiesDocument inspection results from water metersMonitor project progress Conduct on-site investigations and review relevant data such as maps, reports, and tests.Comply with guidelines and regulations, including safety permits and technical documentation.Essential SkillsOSHA 10 certificationStrong communication skills for client interactionsAt least 1 year of construction experienceAdditional Skills & QualificationsStrong organizational and prioritization skillsExcellent attention to detailFamiliarity with computers, tablets, and mobile devicesStrong writing and oral communication skillsGood interpersonal skills to build relationshipsWork Environment
The role involves canvassing areas with a mobile app on a tablet. Inspections of pipes and photo documentation are required. Work sites include Scotch Plains/Middlesex and Middletown NJ. The position requires a vehicle with mileage reimbursement and offers opportunities for overtime pay. Standard working hours are from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
