Servco is looking for a Utility Person to assist our Port Operations Supervisor with receiving, prepping and delivery of new and used Subaru vehicles.

Responsibilities:

Accurately prepare and perform all incoming and outgoing shipment processesSafely receive, fuel, and park vehicles as they arrive at the storage facilityPrepare all fleet returns prior to the delivery datesInstall approved accessories and FSA fits and prepare vehicles for delivery within one day of receiving request from our customersProvide periodic inventory count and ensure all vehicles, keys and parts are accounted for and properly organizedAssist Port Operations Supervisor when he/she is not available

Requirements:

High school graduate or equivalentAutomotive technical training preferredLot Attendant or port operations experience preferredValid driver’s license and clean driving recordMust obtain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) card within one month of start date in order to work at VPC (manager will assist with this process)Ability to safely operate manual and automatic transmission for a variety of vehicle sizesComputer literate with excellent communication skillsMicrosoft Outlook and Excel skills and Oracle knowledge preferredDetail oriented, team player, and self-motivatedReliable and takes pride in their work
