THE JOB:
The primary responsibility of the Utility Porter is to set the stage for our guests by keeping the area clean. By understanding our guests’ unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories that they can carry with them well past their stay with us.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service, exceeding guest expectations
Maintain the highest standards to ensure the detail quality and cleanliness in the casino, public areas, offices, restrooms and other required areas
Operate various professional floor care and specialty cleaning equipment- such as rotary machines, extractors, and other floor polishing and carpet cleaning equipment
Shampoo carpets and polish many variations of hard floor surfaces
Contains and cleans biohazardous materials
Responds to and resolves guest challenges in a timely manner
Ensures all equipment is returned to department and all malfunctioning equipment is reported
Perform other job-related duties as requested
The IDEAL CANDIDATE:
At least 21 years of age
Has a valid NV driver’s license or the ability to obtain one
Previous Utility Porter experience
Has experience with shampooing, polishing, and maintenance of various floor surfaces and materials
Has the ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs
Ability to work a variety of shifts which could include weekends and holidays

On – Call
STARTING PAY:
$20.19 per hour
