He/she works collaboratively with physicians and other members of the health care team to ensure that the patient gets the right treatment from resources that are available in the hospital with the most cost effective use of available resources. The care manager utilization review will monitor the changes in the condition of the patient, monitoring to see if the treatment is working and update the payer on changes in the patients **Qualifications** Registered Nurse with Bachelors degree or diploma/associates degree A current unencumbered RN license to pratice in the state of Arkansas is required Required a minimum of three years in acute care hospital Preferred experience in Psych, discharge planning or utlization management role **Pay Range** $32.75 - $43.24 /hour We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
