HP Indigo Service Parts Operation is looking for a UTK (Up Time Kit) Product manager throughout its entire lifecycle.
 

Responsibilities:

Lead the UTK Product- strategic and operativeCreating UTK content based on different data points, designing UTK that delivers target customer service level via tight cooperation with HP regional service teams;Developing automated tools and BI solutions to support UTK management and deployment in the fieldDefining content and overseeing change management processes.Managing internal and external communicationsImplementing modifications with suppliers and ensuring seamless service/customer-facing updates.Leading automation tools development and deploymentConducting data analysis to drive continuous improvement
 

Requirements:

B.Sc. / Master. in Industrial engineeringStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAt least 5 years of experience in a product management role or 5+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or a related fieldKnowledge of procurement processes and expertise in configuration management.Expertise in data visualization tools and reporting systems ( Tableau, Power BI)Language & Communication: Excellent proficiency in English – verbal & writtenHands-on experience with SQL, Python or similar programming languages- advantageTime Management: Ability to manage tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
