Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
Lead and manage clinical programs and daily operations.Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, TJC, CARF, and other regulatory standards.Oversee departmental budgets, benchmarking, and cost-effective resource utilization.Develop, implement, monitor, and refine policies and procedures to optimize clinical performance.Human Resources Management:
Supervise therapy clinicians, providing mentoring, coaching, and disciplinary action as needed.Manage recruitment and hiring processes, including candidate interviews and offer coordination with HR.Oversee continuing education, tuition reimbursement programs, and staff development initiatives.Implement and monitor performance evaluations to ensure objectivity and consistency.Quality Improvement:
Manage Quality Improvement (QI) processes to promote best practices and enhance patient outcomes.Collaborate with the Director to develop and refine clinical programs and services.Foster team development to maximize the quality of care and ensure staff alignment with organizational goals.Physical Therapist Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care as a licensed Physical Therapist, maintaining a caseload in alignment with organizational needs.Conduct patient assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and effective patient care.Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to documentation requirements.Leadership and Collaboration:
Manage staff and practice committee meetings to foster communication and alignment.Collaborate with managerial colleagues to enhance team dynamics and operational efficiency.Support organizational growth by implementing new programs and services that align with strategic objectives.Additional Responsibilities:
Serve as a role model and advocate for patient-centered care and staff development.Perform other duties as assigned to support the mission and vision of the organization.Qualifications:
