UX Content Conversation Designer
UX Content Conversation Designer Remote. Description: + Design end-to-end conversation flows for chatbots and other conversational interfaces like IVR. + Write conversational content that aligns with our brand voice and user needs. + Work closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to define and implement conversation strategies. + Use data, user research, and testing to iterate and improve conversations over time. + Define intents, utterances, and response logic for AI/NLU systems. + Help establish and maintain conversation design guidelines and best practices. + Advocate for the user and promote accessibility and inclusivity in language. Qualifications + 2+ years of experience in conversation design. + Strong portfolio of conversational work (chat, voice, or multimodal). + Excellent writing and editing skills with an ear for natural-sounding language. + Understanding of design thinking, user experience principles, and accessibility standards. + Familiarity with conversational AI platforms (e.g., Dialogflow, Rasa, IBM Watson, Voiceflow, etc.). + Comfort with ambiguity and a collaborative spirit A Contractor - UX Content Conversation Designer creates engaging, user-centric conversational experiences for digital products and services + Experience in designing and developing conversational flows for chatbots, voice assistants, and other AI-powered interfaces + Proficiency in usability testing and user research + Strong portfolio demonstrating conversational UI/UX projects + Familiarity with conversation design tools "
