You Are:

We are seeking an experienced UX, Data, and Analytics Specialist with over 8 years of experience to lead our team in creating intuitive, data-driven user experiences and insights. This role will oversee the strategic execution of UX and analytics projects, ensure the timely delivery of high-quality work, and guide a team of specialists to achieve outstanding results.

 

The opportunity:

·       Lead and Manage Teams: Guide and mentor a cross-functional team of UX designers, data analysts, and developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

·       Oversee Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all milestones, deadlines, and deliverables are met while maintaining high-quality standards.

·       Drive Data-Driven UX Solutions: Leverage data insights to inform and improve UX designs, user flows, and overall customer journey.

·       Strategic Planning and Execution: Work closely with stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives, designing UX strategies that meet customer and company needs.

·       Analytics and Reporting: Oversee data analysis to identify trends, user behavior insights, and areas for improvement; communicate findings through compelling reports and visualizations.

·       Process Optimization: Continuously improve processes for efficient project delivery, team productivity, and quality assurance.

 

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

 

What you need:

·       8+ Years of Experience in UX, data analytics, and team management roles.

·       Proven Leadership Skills: Experience in leading, mentoring, and growing a team of specialists in UX and analytics.

·       Strong Project Management Ability: Proficiency in managing multiple projects and delivering quality work on time.

·       Analytical Expertise: Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) and UX tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma).

·       Excellent Communication Skills: Able to communicate complex insights and strategies effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

·       Preferred Qualifications: Advanced Degree in UX Design, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field.

·       Requires a BS/BA in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or other technical area of study; 5-6 years' experience in information architecture, usability, web user interface design/development; and 5 or more years’ experience in client client-side development in the consumer space; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Prefer experience working in an enterprise environment.

 

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Role Location: Ontario

Compensation Range: $89,000-$109,000

 

Benefits

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They and their dependents residing in Canada are eligible for Supplemental Healthcare coverage, as well as Company-paid Employee Only basic life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment coverage.

Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year). They and their dependents residing in Canada are eligible for Supplemental Healthcare coverage, as well as Company-paid Employee Only basic life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment coverage.

Part-time regular and temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year).

All Canadian employees who work in a province, territory or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
