We are seeking an exceptional User Experience Designer to create intuitive and innovative solutions for advertisers and Partners. This role is integral to the IN Ads product team, focusing on designing seamless experiences for several India-first Products like Drona (account management product), Pi (Insights and Measurement product), and GenAI-based initiatives targeted to improve campaign effectiveness.
The ideal candidate will drive the user experience strategy and design for critical ads products, combining analytical thinking with creative problem-solving. You'll work at the intersection of complex ads systems and user-centred design, creating solutions that enhance efficiency and user satisfaction.

Key job responsibilities
• Translate business requirements into use cases and high-level customer experience frameworks
• Design interfaces and interaction flows for voice experiences, mobile apps, and embedded screens
• Produce conceptual diagrams, wireframes, visual mock-ups, and interactive prototypes
• Create user-centred designs informed by market research, business goals, customer feedback, and usability study insights
• Lead design processes that refine strategy and elevate design within the organization
• Develop and maintain comprehensive user interface specifications
• Present design solutions to cross-functional teams and leadership, gathering feedback to iterate and improve
• Collaborate with product team, engineering and data science teams to evaluate and optimize features

You will be part of the IN Ads product team, reporting to the IN Advertiser and Partner Experience product leader. This role will entail working across multiple products and defining/influencing design strategy for India-first initiatives.
