We are looking for a UX Designer to create immersive, user-centered experiences for both gaming customers. In this role, you will design intuitive, scalable services that empower developers and studios to build engaging, cloud-connected experiences. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that simplify complex workflows, enabling content creators to focus on bringing joy to their players. AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. In other words, we’re the people who keep the cloud running. We support all AWS data centers and all of the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that ensure our customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on. We work on the most challenging problems, with thousands of variables impacting the supply chain — and we’re looking for talented people who want to help.

You’ll join a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles. You’ll collaborate with people across AWS to help us deliver the highest standards for safety and security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for our customers. Key job responsibilities
- Design user experiences from research and strategy to prototyping and testing, applying user-centered design principles.
- Conduct in-depth user research (e.g., interviews, usability testing, analytics) to identify needs and pain points.
- Develop user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, developers, stakeholders) to ensure designs align with business goals and technical feasibility.
- Present pragmatic, creative solutions to stakeholders and advocate for user needs across the organization.
- Apply the latest UX trends and best practices to solve design challenges and continuously improve products through user feedback and performance analysis.
- Communicate design rationale clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Manage multiple projects with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
