In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skill sets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:
Contribute to and improve processes and frameworks to enable consistency and efficiency such as design systems, guidelines, and pattern or component librariesDesigning the end-to-end (UX and UI) app experience to match the web experience but making it relevant for the app interface.Research and think through complex user problems, finding reasonable solutions, mocking them up in detail, and working with engineers to build them Presenting design output to the business, including senior managementWork collaboratively with Product teams, Creative teams, Copywriters, front-end developers, Data Analysts, and other internal and external stakeholders as required.
What You’ll Bring

At least 4+ years' experience working in Product Design, as a mobile app UX/UI Designer or within a similar field including at a fashion retailerNative app user interface experience with a good understanding of front-end development and agile methodologiesProficient with design tools such as Figma, our primary digital design and prototyping tool, as well as virtual whiteboarding tools such as Miro or Mural.Ability to produce design assets ready for developmentAbility to create and update design systems and version control tools/processes.Familiarity with agile processes and development languages such as HTML/CSS.
