You will be responsible for designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that meet the needs of our business clients and drive product adoption. Job Description What you'll do: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing, sales) to understand user needs and translate them into actionable design solutions Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to inform design decisions Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups Maintain a consistent and cohesive design language across all products using SymphonyAI Design System Stay up to date with the latest UX/UI trends and best practices Present design concepts to stakeholders and obtain buy-in Work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines Support in facilitating workshops with teams and customers What you'll bring: Experience as a UX/UI Designer in a B2B SaaS context and with Financial Services Proven experience in designing user-centered interfaces for web/desktop and mobile applications Strong understanding of UX principles and best practices Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics Proficiency in Figma Experience with design systems and component libraries Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Passion for B2B software and a deep understanding of user needs in a business context Bonus Points: Experience with user research methodologies Experience assisting in or leading workshops What we offer: Competitive salary and benefits package.
