We are currently seeking a full-time User-Experience (UX) Designer to join our team. The UX Designer will ensure positive user experience through functional and creative designs that meet both business and client requirements.
Essential Functions/ Responsibilities Gather and evaluate business and user requirements, and conduct competitive analysis Illustrate design ideas in storyboards, process flows and sitemaps Design original graphics and graphic user interface elements Develop and deliver user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences, optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces Identify and troubleshoot UX problems Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to make strategic decisions and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features Present research, analyses, designs, and end results to team and key stakeholders Supervisory ResponsibilityThis position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Education and Experience Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field 2-3 years of experience as an UX Designer, intern, or similar role Experience with various types of industry specific software Team player; strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with others Knowledge of user-centered design (UCD): conduct user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis; address usability and accessibility concerns Enthusiastic about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation Knowledge/experience in Basic HTML5, CSS3, Javascript is a plus Basic knowledge of ADA compliance preferred Work EnvironmentThis job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, photocopiers and smartphones.

Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, during normal business hours. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
TravelTravel up to 5% may be required depending on business needs.
