As a User Experience Designer working on IBM Storage offerings, you’ll work with our interdisciplinary design teams, product management, and development stakeholders to create user experiences that delight our users. While you work within the design loop, we look for you to have the agility to respond to changing business requirements and users’ needs.The world of data storage is incredibly complex and layered, and it is rich with opportunities for design patents, unique interfaces, and data visualizations. You’ll play a key role in building experiences that help our customers ensure they get the most out of their data, including data storage, resiliency, and AI enablement.- You’ll be responsible for project engagements, including deliverables such as concepts, wireframe, interactive prototypes, and specifications.Craft user experiences alongside key product stakeholders to understand and support product business goals, advocate user-centered design industry best practices, and effectively manage design resources.Translate business requirements to end-user needs and create differentiated design solutions.Lead teams in design thinking and agile methodologies.You’ll be working with a highly motivated and skilled design team passionate about the outcomes they design and deliver to our users.
