Description We are searching for a passionate UX Designer with a strong design background and a familiarity with user research. In this role, you will be handling 1-2 projects at a time which may include designing physical systems and mobile devices to enhancing user experiences. Your work will be central to our product design, with a focus on creating intuitive, visually appealing designs. Responsibilities: + Lead design projects across the entire product lifecycle, working with stakeholders to produce excellent design work. + Produce high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes. + Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure all designs meet client and user requirements. + Document and communicate your design ideas, user experience designs and specifications effectively. + Adhere to established UI design standards, brand guidelines, design patterns, W3C guidelines, Google Material Design Guidelines and Apple Human Interface Guidelines, and Android Design Guidelines for mobile. + Collaborate with a team of technical experts, ensuring design work seamlessly integrates with overall project aim/goals. + Comfortably navigate a heavily regulated environment, working with a substantial amount of red tape. Requirements + A minimum of 3 years of experience in UX design. + Strong branding, product, and visual design experience. + Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field. + Proven experience as a UX Designer, with a strong portfolio of design projects. + Familiarity with Figma and Jira. + Good understanding of visual design principles and knowledge in creating and executing a Design Language System (DLS) in Figma. + Skilled in conducting usability tests and user research, creating test plans, scripts and well-rounded reports. + A deep understanding of the importance of document processes is required. + Strong interpersonal and communication skills. + Comfortable working with technical teams and products and able to thrive in a regulated industry.
