We can’t wait to help you explore what’s next in your career Requirements Professional Experience + Degree in interaction design, human-computer interaction (HCI), graphic design, or a related field (or equivalent experience). + 2 – 5+ years of experience as a UX Designer or in a similar role. + Proven track record of delivering impactful user experiences in web, mobile, and/or software applications. Technical Skills + Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, InVision, Axure, Adobe Creative Suite). + Strong familiarity with usability testing platforms (e.g., UserTesting, Optimal Workshop). + Understanding of front-end technologies like HTML/CSS and their impact on design (not required but a plus). + Experience incorporating user research findings into the design lifecycle. + Knowledge of accessibility best practices and designing for inclusivity. Soft Skills + Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. + Clear and compelling communication of design concepts to multidisciplinary teams. + Adaptability to work in fast-paced environments with a focus on collaboration and feedback. Other Preferred Qualifications + Familiarity with agile and iterative design methodologies. + Certification courses in UX/UI design, design thinking, or other related areas (optional but advantageous). + Ability to stay ahead of emerging UX/UI trends and technologies.
