Description We’re looking for a talented, creative, and user-focused UX Designer to join our client’s team on a contract basis. In this role, you’ll help craft intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences that enhance customer engagement and usability. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and cross-functional teams to bring innovative ideas to life. Responsibilities Design impactful user experiences through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather actionable insights. Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize user journeys across websites, apps, and digital platforms. Maintain consistent design systems while fostering creativity for new ideas. Ensure UX designs align with the client’s brand and goals while considering accessibility standards. Iterate designs based on feedback and evolving project requirements. Requirements Skills and Requirements Proven experience as a UX designer (contract, freelance, or permanent). Proficiency in UX/UI tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar software. Strong understanding of user-centered design, responsive design, and accessibility best practices. Familiarity with conducting user research through interviews, surveys, or usability studies. Knowledge of industries such as technology, financial/detail oriented services, or retail/e-commerce is a plus. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
