UX Designer - Manchester - Hybrid working

My client, a well-respected and growing digital agency, is looking for a Mid/Senior UX Designer to join their talented team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile web and mobile projects, creating engaging, user-centric experiences.

Key Responsibilities: Design modern, responsive websites and digital assets. Work collaboratively with developers and designers to deliver high-quality projects. Lead client calls, gather requirements, and present design solutions. Create high-fidelity prototypes, design systems, and reusable components in Figma. Ensure designs align with branding, typography, and accessibility standards. Solve complex UX challenges, optimising user journeys. Skills and Experience: Proven UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio. Expert proficiency in Figma for prototyping and design systems. Strong grasp of typography, branding, and responsive design principles. Competency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Confident communicator, able to lead client meetings and present ideas. Strong time management skills, capable of handling multiple projects. Passion for pixel-perfect design and UX problem-solving. Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks for collaboration. Nice-to-Haves: Experience in motion design, micro-interactions, or advanced prototyping tools.
