We along with the AI Guild serves as a vehicle for knowledge sharing, collaboration, & skill development related to AI. Our core objectives are VELOCITY and SAFETY. We are seeking an experienced AI & Cloud Software Engineer to join us. This role designing, developing, and deploying AI-based services. You will be instrumental in problem-solving, interfacing with other teams and solvimg complex problems. Roles and responsibilities An exciting opportunity to join a team that leads on the IBM Z platform in design-driven development, continuous integration, and DevOps. You will work as part of a dynamic and supportive team of within the AI CoE development team responsible for continued development of AI/Gen-AI solutions and creating new innovative ways to help our clients modernise their developer experience. You will engage in every aspect of the product development lifecycle including design, development, build, test and support. You will collaborate with both clients and the wider IBM organisation to ensure the offerings you develop are the best possible solutions to today's problems and help out clients adapt and grow their businesses. An eagerness to learn. Able and willing to share knowledge. Good communication skills, both verbally and digitally. Experience in performing the UX design activities to deliver successful outcomes for software, web, or mobile delivery. A portfolio of work demonstrating design process and solutions for technical applications. Able to clearly communicate a design through storytelling that helps the audience develop empathy for the user, and clarity on what the user experience of the software will be. Able to create designs at a variety of fidelity levels and understanding of the most appropriate techniques to gather and apply feedback at different stages in the process. Experience of software tools for design, production, and implementation, such as Figma or Adobe Creative Cloud applications. **Required technical and professional expertise** Required Technical Expertise · 5 - 8 years of UX Design and Development Experience, Design Thinking Knowledge. · Expertise in Adobe Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch · Ability to do user research / surveys for creating the best user experience · Excellent communication (verbally and digitally) and presentation skills · Ability to deliver successful outcomes for software, web or mobile delivery. **Preferred technical and professional experience** Preferred Technical Expertise · Basic knowledge of Cloud Services · Creativity, problem solving and visualization approach · Mural or similar tools for design thinking
