Location: Malvern, PennsylvaniaJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $60 - 70 per hourWe are looking for an experienced UX Designer to enhance user experiences through effective web design, content strategy, and collaboration. In this role, you will create intuitive web page layouts, optimize system performance, and ensure accessibility and brand compliance. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deploy content, analyze user feedback, and recommend UI improvements. Additionally, you’ll test and ensure the quality of web UI designs and contribute to special projects.Responsibilities:User Interface Design: Provide intermediate level UI design services, including designing highly usable web page/site layouts, navigation, and content elements while maximizing system performance. Continuously improve the user experience by using a variety of qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques. Analyze data and user feedback to make critical design decisions and produce technically achievable and efficient solutions. Recommend improvements in UI design elements that enable internal business partners to achieve their goals. Present and "sell" design and content solutions to senior management, project teams, partners, and stakeholders. UX Writing: Write copy for user interface copy that aligns with content strategies and business goals. Partner with UX Content Strategy, Design, Research, and Strategy as well as Product Owners to understand how content provides solutions to business problems. Partner with stakeholders to ensure content complies with accessibility requirements, industry regulations, and brand standards. Content Authoring: Enter and deploy approved content into Adobe Experience Manager (headless environment). Review content entered by others for accuracy. Collaboration: Work in partnership with UX team including designer, content strategist, researcher and strategist and business leaders to coordinate and deliver design, prototype, and documentation to the highest possible standards. Consult and partner with marketing managers, business leaders, and subject matter experts regularly on communications and content strategies. Testing and Quality Assurance: Test UI design and serve as an informal functional tester for web UI design projects. Audit web pages to ensure they project the desired look and feel. Special Projects and Additional Duties: Lead or participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications :Education: Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience in a creative or technical field. Experience: Minimum three years related work experience. Experience in the financial services industry. Skills and Abilities: Ability to work effectively and collaboratively on multiple projects. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Adept at using Figma. Familiarity with web design, content strategy, market research, and social media. Expertise in communication to different audiences across channels/mediums and styles, including storytelling and visualization. Demonstrated ability to explain complex subject matter in plain English.
