About This Job
As a UX Designer at Axos Bank, you will play a crucial role in designing and optimizing the user experience of our digital products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers, to create user-centric solutions that meet both user needs and business goals.This position is on-site and located at our office in Overland Park, KS.
Responsibilities:
Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain pointsCreate user personas, user journeys, and user flows to inform design decisionsDevelop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize and communicate design conceptsCollaborate with developers to ensure the implementation of user-friendly interfacesConduct usability testing and gather feedback for iterative improvementsStay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX designAdvocate for a user-centered design approach within the organizationAnalyze user cases and survey data to identify improvement and remediation areas, conducting research plans and constructing empathy mapsQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in UX design, HCI, a related field or equivalent experience2+ years' as a UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your workProficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XDStrong understanding of user-centered design principlesExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work in an agile development environmentAxos Employee Benefits May Include:
