seeking a passionate and skilled User Experience UX Designer to join our Digital Services team As a member of our team you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience for a range of digital products and services You will work closely with our web development team and patient engagement team to deliver seamless and intuitive experiences for patients providers and colleaguesPosition ResponsibilitiesKey Areas of ResponsibilityUser Research and Analysis Conduct user research including interviews surveys and usability testing to understand user needs behaviors and pain pointsInformation Architecture and Journey Mapping Design and optimize information architecture for MyChart patient portal websites landing pages and other engagement technologies Create user journey maps to identify key touchpoints and opportunities for improvementWireframing and Prototyping Create wireframes and prototypes to communicate design ideas and test user interaction flowsDesign System Development Contribute to the development and maintenance of a comprehensive design system ensuring consistency and scalability across all digital productsUsability Testing and Iteration Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to identify areas for improvement and refine the user experienceCollaboration and Communication Collaborate effectively with web developers patient engagement specialists and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful product developmentStay current with UX Trends Stay abreast of industry trends emerging technologies and best practices
