As a Product Manager, you oversee the development of some of the products of the Innosabi Suite (Idea, Community or Partner) You will research and determine the clients’ needs to find out which features to include and will pitch ideas for product features to stakeholders. You will then continue to act as the primary contact between the product development team and other stakeholders.

 

As part of your role, and reporting to the Product Manager Coordinator, you responsabilities will be :

Gathering requirements and creating and actively managing a product roadmap based on this vision Identifying product placement and defining the vision for the team’s product Creating concept and guiding implementation of product development Coordinating stakeholders during development process Overseeing all stages of product creation (conception and design of layouts for web and mobile interfaces) Setting up and designing new platforms Defining interface behavior Developing user stories Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process Liaising with the product team and end-users to deliver updates Defining Sprint goals Facilitating user testing

We develop and license software for innovation management. With our software, we enable companies and their innovation departments to involve employees (innosabi idea), customers (innosabi community) and external experts (innosabi partner) in their innovation processes. This allows to specifically address a large amount of people in a short period of time.
We already have a very comprehensive standard product, where the corporate identity can be adapted to the customer. Our customers can use just one feature or the entire range of features and thus synergies.

Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Product Designer  Strong UX background and sensibility Experience defining user stories and development projects in general Excellent English oral and written communication - French is a plus Knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology Proficient with Figma Working knowledge of product development architecture Excellent knowledge of user-centered design principles
