Build and execute measurable product vision with your teamConnect cross-functional teams to align on opportunitiesLead mobile UX and digital product design initiativesFacilitate research and innovative design approaches

Skills for Success:

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership and innovation in UX design. We are looking for someone who has:

8+ years of UX experience with expertise in design thinking and researchTrack record of managing large stakeholder teams from prominent brandsTrack record in managing a team of designersExperience with legacy systems and large development teamsStrong interpersonal skills with focus on empathy and collaboration
