Creating seamless and best-in-class digital solution designs.Translating business requirements into digital product designs Managing product stakeholders and developers to achieve an overarching seamless product design. + Leading, motivating, coaching and mentoring an energetic team of UX designers to deliver a best in class user experience for our farmers and dealers. + Establishing a farmer focused user experience mindset within and outside of the digital organization. + Establishing the right KPIs to measure the quality of our digital journeys. + Continuously improve our digital journeys for farmers and dealers Being a thought leader and bringing latest knowledge and best practices of UX Design into our digital product development **Your Experience and Qualifications** + Bachelor's Degree + Strong leadership experience required and experience in managing a team. + Strong design thinking and digital solution skills required + Effective communication / interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with multiple levels of digital solutions and business management Successfully influences diverse groups and teams in a complex, ambiguous and rapidly changing environment to deliver value-added solutions. + Expert in advanced writing, verbal, and other presentation skills.
