Responsibilities include: Panel Management + Grows, maintains and improves our research participant panel. + Assists the research team with recruiting participants. + Oversees incentives budget and reporting system. + Creates and maintains survey templates, screeners, scheduling procedures. Knowledge Management + Maintains and improves the research report repository. + Coordinates with other teams conducting research to create a comprehensive source of insights. Governance + Creates and maintains guidelines for consent, privacy and information storage. + Researches and understands the application of data privacy regulations, such as GDPR, to the UX research process – and communicates this with the team. + Manages the proper maintenance and disposal of personally identifiable information (PII) and study artifacts such as interview scripts or recordings.
