We are seeking a UX Product Designer with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team at a design agency based in Dallas, TX. This role will focus on creating intuitive and visually compelling user experiences for clients in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in visual design, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to translate business needs into effective digital solutions. A solid portfolio showcasing your UX design process, including wireframes, prototypes, and finished designs, is required. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring a seamless and innovative approach to design challenges across various digital platforms. Required Skills & Experience 3+ years of experience designing digital products as part of a multidisciplinary team. Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UX and product design, including wireframes, artifacts, and low and high-fidelity prototypes. Demonstrated ability to leverage contemporary and innovative design aesthetics Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Experience conducting and applying user research and usability testing insights. Familiarity with responsive design and mobile-first principles for web and native apps. Strong organizational and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
