Help drive key features, products, and initiatives based on company priorities.
Effectively manage and prioritize research planning through ambiguous and fast-changing environments.

What you will bring:
2+ years of practical experience deploying qualitative and quantitative research methods throughout the product development lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch, in an applied user research setting.

Experience drawing from a variety of research fundamentals to successfully impact design and product decisions benefiting users and the business. Expert use of UX research tools.
Ability to assess and work through complex problems and ambiguous situations, and work with teams to ensure insights are clear, actionable and acted upon.
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, experienced influencer, and advocate for user research.
Experience working in large organizations and collaborating across diverse cross-functional teams is preferred. Global research experience is a plus.
There’s a lot of research showing how marginalized groups of people may not apply for jobs unless they meet 100% of the qualifications. We also know that many UX researchers come from backgrounds with different experiences that might not seem “standard.” You might feel that you don’t “check all the boxes” — but that’s okay! We value people who bring unique perspectives and add new knowledge to our team.
