In this position…
As a UX Researcher for Ford Digital Product Design, you will be responsible for conducting a wide range of research activities to ensure Ford is delivering the highest quality user experience. Ideally, you have experience with mixed methods, demonstrating a knack for gathering both quantitative and qualitative data and surfacing compelling and actionable insights. At minimum, you are a generalist researcher, familiar with a wide variety of UX research methodologies. You will be a part of a team that works cross-functionally with design, product and engineering stakeholders, helping them to make data-driven and customer-centric decisions.

Bachelor’s Degree in User Experience, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Design, Human Factors, or related degree. 5+ years of experience as a User Researcher, UX Designer, Human Factors Researcher, Insights Analyst, or Strategist 3 + years of experience with on-site/field research, e.g. in-person usability studies 2 + years of experience conducting foundational, strategic research 2+ years of experience with quantitative analysis Availability to travel up to 15% of time. Proficient in most online/remote user research tools, e.g. Dscout, Usertesting, UserZoom, Qualtrics (or similar survey platform) Experience synthesizing quantitative and qualitative research findings into actionable insightsEven better you'll have…
