We're looking for a talented and experienced Sr. Visual Designer, to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining high-quality applications using cutting-edge digital technologies.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Master / bachelor’s degree in design, HCI certification, or equivalent.

· 5+ years of design experience, with an impactful portfolio showcasing web/mobile application.

· High proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD or similar UI/UX tools.

· Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

· Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

· Experience with Agile development methodologies.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

· Knowledge of GenAI capabilities surely be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

· Facilitate, support and lead change to bring best-in-class user experience.

· Work with a cross-functional team to design and deliver wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity design work, optimized for a wide range of devices.

· Ability to translate customer requirements and complex user journeys into user stories, graphical workflows, and design systems.

· Strategize with the product and development teams on how to deliver the best user experience with business, technology capabilities and constraints.

· Plan and conduct extensive user research, including interviews, persona development, customer journey mapping, contextual inquiry and task analysis.

· Champion a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs. Drive user acceptance testing to ensure that the deliverables meet UI best practices.

· Build collaborative and engaging relationships across teams to problem-solve design challenges and maintain high level of design consistency across journeys.

· Results-driven, focused on both the end user and the business needs, with the ability to influence.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· Experience guiding consistency and best practices across a portfolio of apps.
