Skills and Requirements · · Conduct UX research and present insights, tying directly to actionable steps to influence experience design strategy · Lead and facilitate discovery to define UX requirements with internal stakeholders · Produce relevant documentation, including user flows, site maps, and slides · · Conduct usability tests and present findings to ensure user-friendliness and adoption · Produce documentation, including user flows, personas, slides, etc. to inform interaction design process · Actively participate in team crit, giving and receiving feedback and providing quality control across all supported products · Eloquently present findings to stakeholders · Conduct competitive research and comparative analysis for enterprise-grade UX patterns · Document and present findings and usage guidelines with clear, concise communication (written & verbal) · Compare and document equivalent UX patterns across multiple design system frameworks, e.g. Angular, React, Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow · Map design decisions to best practices via research & documentation · Contribute to ongoing project initiatives, e.g. discovery documentation, site maps, user flows, and usability/accessibility audits · Bachelors degree in UX Research or equivalent field · 5+ years relevant user research experience working on digital experiences with a proven track record of generating actionable insights that resulted in measurable product improvements. · Professional experience translating user needs into AI strategies · Experience with a broad range of research methodologies, both qualitative and quantitative, across the various stages of product development (pre and post product launch) · Ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, driving alignment around user needs and incorporating peers into the research process. · Experience planning and driving cross-functional, brainstorming activities (such as design sprints or similar exercises) · Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, listening, interpersonal) and can present effectively to executive audiences. · Working knowledge of FigJam; basic knowledge of Figma · Experience with UX research methodologies and data analytics · Familiarity with design systems, especially Material Design a big plus.
