UX Researcher
Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct user research through various methods such as user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and A/B testing. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our users, including their needs, pain points, and behaviors. Analyze and interpret research data, identifying key insights that guide design decisions. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (design, product, engineering) to integrate research insights into product development. Create and maintain research plans, reports, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Advocate for the value of research in guiding product and platform strategies to improve ROI and reduce tech debt. Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging research methodologies.

Requirements:

5+  years of experience in UX research or a related field. Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data. Expertise in user-centered design principles and human-computer interaction, demonstrated through prior work or certifications. Proficiency in research tools, such as user testing software, survey platforms, and data analysis tools. Skilled in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for report generation, presentations, and data analysis. Familiarity with Miro (preferred) for collaborative brainstorming and workflow mapping. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including diverse stakeholders, and contributing to successful outcomes. Experience in agile environments, with the ability to self-manage and adapt to shifting project priorities. Willingness to travel to other Kraft Heinz locations as needed.

Nice to Have:

Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Anthropology, or a related field. Experience with Figma. Knowledge of front-end development principles, HTML, and CSS. Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel or PowerBI. Familiarity with generative AI tools for scalable documentation edits, visual storytelling, and executive summarization to structure insights. Certification in UX research or a related field. Previous experience in the Food & Beverage or Tech industry.

New Hire Base Salary Range:

$83,400.00 – $104,200.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
