Overview EagleView, the leader in aerial imagery, is hiring a UX Researcher in Product Management. As a UX Researcher, you will champion a user-centered product strategy, collaborating with a cross-functional team of designers, product managers, customer support, and developers. Your role will focus on identifying, prioritizing, and conducting research initiatives that drive both business objectives and user needs, ensuring informed decision-making and impactful design solutions. Responsibilities • Be the voice of the user on your team, alongside other UX Designers, and Product Managers, ensuring that the products we deliver solve the customers’ problems while meeting product goals. • Advising on the most appropriate research methods based on best practices and your experience. • Manage, execute, and analyze usability studies and other insight sessions, with support from other team members. • Compile finished, well-documented research findings to deliver meaningful and actionable insights for internal application. • Be able to influence product and design decisions with excellent interpersonal skills. • Create a UX research roadmap for continuous improvement across multiple products. • Conduct workshops with internal stakeholders to align business needs. • Generate and maintain user personas and journey maps. • Be proactive in identifying research opportunities and developing study plans to address key user and business needs. Qualifications • 3+ years working as a UX researcher. • Experience planning and executing research. • Proven competency in data analytics as well as qualitative aspects of UX research. Preferred Experience: • Experience working on enterprise or business-to-business software. • Experience working in an Agile software environment. This is a full-time, remote position with a base salary range of $81,700 to $108,300, bonus eligible.
