As a UX Researcher/ UX Research Intern, you'll play a crucial role in uncovering insights, informing design decisions, and forging new opportunities to improve business outcomes through the rigorous study of people and the ecosystems in which they exist.

Responsibilities: Identifying and communicating appropriate research methodologies to address research opportunityRecruiting appropriate participants for research plans and goalsConduct qualitative and quantitative research studies, such as interviews, surveys, competitive analyses, prioritization exercises, concept testing, contextual inquiry, and user journey mapping to gather insights about user behaviors, needs, and preferences.Analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to generate insightsDelivering compelling stories to communicate actionable insights for team and stakeholdersContinuously building team understanding and empathy through empirical observation, experience, and making.Identifying and communicating high priority questions and opportunities for research to lead team towards strategic opportunities and tactical improvements [only applicable for ELH role]This position requires working onsite 3 days per week at our Mulhuddart location in Dublin
