We are hiring a passionate and proven leader to drive the next generation of user experiences. As a Senior UX Manager, you will drive UX direction within Ford Credit and lead a team of highly talented designers.  The Senior UX Manager will be responsible for delivering and promoting superior user experience designs to deliver on business requirements that enhances our digital experiences and products, meets business goals, and strengthens the relationship between Ford Credit and its customers.  This role also will be responsible for understanding customer behavior, collaborating on conceptual designs for new products, and working closely with product management, development, and other stakeholders throughout the organization.
