As a UX/UI Designer at AGCO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping both the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) of our digital products and platforms. Your focus will be on combining user-centered strategies with visually appealing, intuitive interface designs while building a consistent design library. Collaborating closely with UX leads, solution managers, product managers, developers, and external stakeholders, you will ensure that both usability and visual design are seamlessly aligned. **Your Impact** + Guide early-stage product development to maintain UX consistency and effectiveness. + Collaborate with UX leads to convert interaction concepts into actionable design solutions. + Create user-friendly and visually appealing interface designs that meet both aesthetic and functional requirements. + Develop low fidelity designs, mockups, and prototypes using Figma to validate design solutions and communicate with internal and external stakeholders. + Gather feedback to iterate and improve design solutions, ensuring they meet user needs and expectations. + Maintain consistency with UX/UI guidelines across all design deliverables, maintaining a cohesive experience across platforms. + Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and UX/UI standards, continuously contributing to the enhancement of digital experiences. User-Centered Design + Understand user needs, behaviors, and preferences to create intuitive and effective digital experiences. Visual Design + Proficiency in creating visually appealing interfaces that engage users, effectively communicate information, and demonstrate a strong sense of design excellence + Experience with typography, iconography, color theory, and responsive design + Strong understanding of accessibility standards across web and mobile applications + Experience with design system management Communication and Collaboration + Strong communication skills are essential for effectively articulating design ideas, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and incorporating feedback from stakeholders. + Ability to present design concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and to negotiate design changes based on feedback. + Positive attitude, collaborative spirit, ability to take critical feedback. + Ability to take ownership of the design domain, driving initiatives forward and ensuring the successful execution of design strategies. Attention to Detail + Detail-oriented is essential for maintaining consistency and accuracy in design deliverables and quality assurance.
