Position Summary

Execute UX and product design, create wireframes, storyboards as well as high fidelity designs, and adhere to internal brand and UI standards. The UX/UI designer will combine interfaces and workflows to enhance the user experience and should be able to grasp user needs and solve problems. They will be involved in everything from early brainstorming through to execution and refinement.

Essential Responsibilities

Develop story boards, user flows, prototypes and wireframes to specify proposed experiences; includes design objectives & rationale, as well as interaction details to facilitate interpretation of your designsCreate and optimize new and existing user interface and visual designsMaintain and evolve all design guidelines for our design propertiesPresent proposed experiences to a range of partners: product managers, business analysts, delivery managers, developers and Marketing, Creative, and Technology teamsQuickly acquire a detailed understanding of project scope & business requirements, as well as technology constraint and incorporate as you create proposed experiencesPlan, conduct and report on usability tests and other user research activities; think creatively about how to get user feedback and nimbly incorporate insights into Agile development processConduct competitive analysis and heuristic evaluations of current state as input to your design recommendations

Minimum Requirements

5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, interactive design, or equivalent experience.Bachelor's Degree in a related area or like experienceUser Centered Design - practice and articulate to stakeholdersExperience with UX Testing MethodologiesAbility to leverage previous user research, web analytics and other data pointsProficient in using design tools such as the Sketch, Invision, and Adobe Creative SuiteA strong portfolio of UX and UI work samplesDemonstrated experience as a great communicatorExperience within inclusive design and meeting accessibility standards

Bargaining

The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $81,000.00 to $133,300.00 per year
