Profile

We are looking for a talented mid to senior UX/UI Designer, with +5 years of experience working as a UX/UI designer, to join our team and help us create intuitive and engaging digital products.

 

Responsibilities Lead the design process from concept to completion, focusing on customer journey mapping to enhance user experience. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high fidelity mockups tools communicate design ideas effectively. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, to ensure design solutions meet business and user needs.~ Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs. Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders,  Incorporating feedback to refine and improve designs. Maintain and update design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all digital products.

 

Requirements

 

Bachelor’s degree in Design or other UX design certificate or training Proficiency in Figma and other collaboration tools such as Mural or Miro. Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing customer journey mapping, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. Experience designing complex web applications, native mobile apps are a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality design outputs. Some experience with user research methodologies and usability testing is preferred. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams. Experience working with agile frameworks as Scrum or Kanban is preferred. Proficiency in English is mandatory.
