Qualifications:
2+ years of relevant experience leading UI/UX projects and teams6+ years of UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio that demonstrates design skills and how effectively the design process was communicated.Expert-level experience in at least 5 of the following areas: UX Research, Mobile App design, IA and Taxonomy, Voice/Conversational UI, Data-driven Design, Motion design, Emerging platforms, Design Strategy, Product Design, Brand Strategy and Expression, Digital Strategy, Inclusive Design.Familiar with projects related to industries such as Retail and Direct-to-Consumer, Healthcare, Transportation, Telecom, Media, Technology, Loyalty and Membership programs, Enterprise-scale, or Digital products.Experience leveraging out of the box platforms and building components that can be reused.Strong understanding of responsive design, UI patterns, layout, typography, and color.Proficiency with design software such as Figma, Sketch, Invision, and Adobe Creative Suite.Experience using Storybook, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.Thrive in a fast-pace environment, working across multiple teams & projects simultaneously.Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.Ability to travel as needed for project kickoffs and client presentations – typically less than 30%.Responsibilities:
Help drive pitches and new business pursuits, including the creation of artifacts that drive storytelling and vision.Collaborate with discipline leads to scope projects and engagements.Act as a facilitator and leader as needed – someone who can easily lead design projects, as well as executive-level client work sessions.Provide expert counsel on best practices for user research, interaction design, usability and user engagement.Translate user needs and business goals into design requirements.Assist in design planning and execution.Collaborate with a team of clients, designers, and consultants to define and document requirements, overall user experience vision on projects and recommend strategically sound solutions to meet client’s business needs.Communicate and articulate your design artifacts and vision clearly to internal teams and clients.Direct the creation of various design artifacts, including sketches, user journeys, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, site maps in a rapid, iterative fashion.Direct the creation of hi-fidelity comps, and responsive prototypes for both web-mobile and desktop.Oversee and direct the inclusion of customer- and user-research to inform all of the work we do.Develop and execute workshops (virtual and physical) with senior-level client stakeholders.Drive the vision for the customer experience across channels, creating compelling design artifacts that demonstrate customer- and client-value, including experience vision stories, journeys, CX roadmaps.#ConcentrixCatalyst
