We are seeking an experienced and passionate UX writer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key role in crafting clear, concise, and user-friendly content for digital interfaces. You will enhance the user experience by ensuring that language guides users smoothly through our digital products. We prioritize collaboration, user-centered design principles, and seamless integration of UX writing within our team.

Roles:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine user-centered content strategies aligned with business goals.Write and edit clear, concise, and engaging copy for digital interfaces, including microcopy, tooltips, error messages, and other user interface elements.Conduct user research and A/B testing to inform content decisions, ensuring that copy meets user expectations and optimizes user experience.Develop and maintain a content style guide to ensure consistency across all digital platforms and touchpoints.Collaborate closely with designers and developers to ensure the content fits seamlessly with the visual and functional elements of digital platforms.Leverage feedback and analytics to continuously improve content, making it more effective and user-friendly.

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in UX writing, preferably within a user-centered design process.Excellent command of American English with exceptional writing and editing skills.Proficiency in design tools such as Figma for crafting and editing UX content.Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.Experience working with B2B SaaS or enterprise software.Strong background in content strategy and user research.Portfolio demonstrating a wide range of UX writing across various platforms.Knowledge of SEO principles relevant to UX writing.
