Position Summary

We’re now looking for someone to join our growing UX writing team! The ideal candidate is a keen learner who enjoys being a subject matter expert, excels at research, loves being an early product user, passionately advocates on behalf of customers, and develops world-class content that’s perfectly pitched to our audience.

About the Role

Responsibilities include the following:
• Create helpful and concise UX copy for Samsung B2B’s products and services.
• Develop and maintain an understanding of Samsung’s B2B technology, services, and business strategy.
• Build on scalable strategies to standardize brand voice and establish consistency across different services, such as style guides and content libraries.
• Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, researchers, developers, and many others to develop engaging product experiences.
• Take a content-first approach to design—help shape user navigation and product understanding.

To succeed in this role, you need the following:

5+ years' experience as a UX writer, preferably in B2B SaaSBachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or equivalentExcellent proficiency in English, with an ability to explain highly complex concepts in plain EnglishStrong attention to detail and a commitment to qualityExcellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple time-sensitive UX initiatives, meet deadlines, and collaborate with cross-functional teamsExperience using data sources and unmoderated user testing tools to measure, analyze, and refine UX copyGood understanding of design and UX processes, with experience using design tools such as FigmaUnderstanding of how to succeed on a global team in different time zones

Skills and Qualifications

The salary range for this role is expected to be between $83,900 to $108,600 and reflects base salary only. Actual pay will be determined based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, competencies, qualifications, relevant skills and experience.
