Power App Developer / Senior Developer

5+ years of experience in application development, with 3+ years in Power PlatformExpert-level proficiency in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, and DataverseStrong understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including SharePoint, Teams, and OutlookExperience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and REST APIsFamiliarity with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) using Power Platform toolsKnowledge of governance, DLP policies, and environment strategyExcellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skillsHands-on experience with Copilot Studio, including agent design, orchestration, and plugin integrationWorking knowledge of .NET and Python for extending Power Platform capabilities, building plugins, or integrating with external systemsMicrosoft certifications (PL-100, PL-400, PL-600) are a plus
