**The Position** The VTS Manager will oversee and manage the Vaccination Technology and Services (VTS) business in the Philippines. He/She is responsible in supporting the business by implementing the VTS strategies set by the country. The VTS Manager is responsible in utilizing the tools and services that the business are extending to the customers through innovative solutions and expertise that will support vaccination. **Duties & Responsibilities** + Collaborate with sales, marketing, technical, and other functions within the company on the development and implementation of after sales service strategies to achieve business objectives. + Responsible in managing the VTS/In-Ovo specialists. + Interaction and developing key relationships with hatchery and farm key personnels involved in vaccine handling and administration. + Provide feedback on VTS equipment improvement with local sourcing adaption to ROPU VTS. + Planning and administration of logistic and supply chain for VTS equipment and parts. + Provide trainings for internal BI personnel and customers related to equipment support and vaccination best practices. + Responsible for ensuring that VTS equipment are well-maintained. **Requirements** + Mechanical Engineering Degree and/or Diploma in Instrumentation and Process Control Technology or related fields + With at least 3 years work experience on pneumatics/electropneumatics, troubleshooting of pneumatic parts and equipment, business process reengineering, and/or project management. + Experience in logistics, inventory stock, and forecast management. + Self-motivated, responsible, and flexible. **Ready To Contact Us?** Please contact our Recruiting ASKAN Team: PHP +632 8876 6899 | SGP +65 6419 8822 | MYS +603 2092 0041 **Note to Recruitment Agencies** Boehringer Ingelheim (BI) does not accept candidate submissions from recruitment agencies that BI does not have existing contracts with.
