ROLE SUMMARY
Successfully manage Vaccine Innovative Product/s across the assigned territory/region through engagement with relevant internal & external stakeholders, delivering patient focused detailing tailored for HCPs, ensuring in time availability of products for patients, support product formulary enlisting & ensure expedited access to patients in key accounts.The candidate will also assist Franchise head & FLSL in overseeing successful design & implementation of commercial strategies to deliver performance through End-To-End solutions driven approach to account management.Based in Riyadh – KSAReports directly to V&I Franchise head.What you’ll do
Deliver commercial strategies in a defined territory & offer the appropriate solutions for AZ vaccines & Immune therapies implementation across GCC .
Drive End-To-End patient solutions & tracking to support the product supply process & coordinate with supply chain and key account teams to ensure product availability and manage the products shelf-life.Ensure operational excellence through monitoring the procurement process and implementing effective tracking to insure smooth supply.Deliver commercial strategies in a defined territory & offer the appropriate solutions for AZ vaccines & Immune therapies implementation & access to patients.Monitor product performance monthly and recommend required actions through developing and effectively executing a robust territory business plan aligned to commercial sales strategy.Work closely with FH & tender team in managing Tenders submission throughout their different phases (from preparation submission and awarding)Maximize the vaccines uptake in the national programs & protocols.Lead educational activities/campaign with partnership with health authorities to increase vaccination advocacy & patient mobilization.Implementing innovation and digital health solutions with health authorities & in key accounts .Support marketing team in specific tasks & driving premium implementation of the annual operational plan, including new campaigns development and roll out based on market needs while securing necessary medical & regulatory approvals.Outstanding market intelligence & initiate the forecasting process in alignment with the key account and marketing teams to reflect the actual market demand.Conduct frequent effective external meetings and interactions with HCPs to drive disease & product awareness /education.Prioritization of efforts & resources through robust market segmentation & targeting of assigned territory to optimize activities.Master implementation of patient focused detailing through excellence in product & disease knowledge with the use of full collaterals.Stakeholders’ management
Develop and implement plans for stakeholders’ development & engagement in alignment with Franchise head .Report on the status of implementation of the tactical plan to internal customers.Establish and maintain strong customer relationships.Collaborating and Influencing others
Work collaboratively across functional areas, serving as a resource within the region and by leveraging the expertise of others.Act as a liaison between cross-functional team , persuading, convincing or motivating a targeted audience through collaboration and direct or indirect influence.Corporate Responsibility:
Maintain highest ethical standards and work in a spirit of AstraZeneca Code of Ethics, following rules & norms set by corporate policies.Ensure that all conducted activities are done in accordance with local legislation and corporate standards.Timely report (as per respective procedures): health/environment/wellbeing related accidents; adverse events that you became aware about; change in status of your Conflict of Interest.Only applications based in KSA will be considered.
Essential for the role
Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or equivalent.Internal Candidates: Minimum 5 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry in the Saudi market with sales management, Key account management or Market access experienceExternal Candidates: Minimum 3 years of Vaccines market experience in the Saudi market, of which 1 year in managerial role in sales management, Key account management or Market accessStrong performance track record.Demonstrated strong oral, written and group communication skills.Interpersonal skills – Influencing, negotiation, collaboration and team workEffective analytical thinking, problem solving and decision makingPlanning and organization skillsLeadership & autonomy to initiate & execute responsibility under minimum guidance.Desirable for the role
