Vaccine Digital Marketing Manager
Site Name: Japan - Tokyo - Akasaka Posted Date: Sep 13 2024 Job Purpose As part of Japan Vaccine marketing team, digital marketing manager (consumer focus) is responsible for contributing to the development and implementation of digital marketing activities of vaccine preventable disease awareness campaign. Actions should be in line with overall non-promotional marketing strategy and be structured with other non-digital communication activities. This should be done through close collaboration with internal teams of Japan medical, communication and GAMA, regional and global teams, as well as outside digital and creative agencies. Key Responsibilities Develop digital marketing strategy and prioritize actions to grow disease awareness and acquisition of consumer actions(consultation to healthcare professionals) with full understanding of digital touch points built on /consumer/patient insights. Deliver best-in-class integrated digital customer experiences to enhance dialog vaccines by utilizing advanced digital technologies, such as CDP, DLP, AI. Drive external agencies involved and manage their governance and quality outputs. Follow GSK approval processes to ensure that all non-promotional and digital contents and communications activities are compliantly executed. 必要な条件Basic Qualification スキル Skill Digital marketing strategy and hands on executional skill in consumer industry Have a capability of leading PDCA with agencies and internal stakeholders Collaborative workstyle both with internal and external stakeholders Have a strong governance mindset to assess potential risks for the performance and ensure a solid mitigation plan and performance tracking in place. 経験 Experience 5+year Experience in digital marketing in healthcare, pharma, insurance or related industry (consumer healthcare, skin care, supplement、health tech etc,) Capability to execute overall digital marketing activities including direction and analysis of website, SEO (Search Engine Optimisation), advertisement, social network management DtoC digital marketing experience to Japanese consumer 学位/資格/語学力 Education/certification/Language Bachelor’s degree Business English (Reading & Writing skill)  Native level of Japanese (JLPT N1) 望ましい条件 Preferred Qualification スキル Skill Experience of digital marketing for middle to senior generation Agency management experience at client side 学位/資格/語学力 Education/certification/Language Advanced English in both written and verbal communication Why GSK?
