Main Role & Responsibility

• Utilize expertise in public health and local government to drive local government vaccination programs(LVP) and related public health initiatives, while maintaining a strong understanding of local government policies and community health needs.

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans specifically for local vaccination programs, demonstrating proven skills in creating actionable short-term and long-term plans that align with community health objectives.

• Foster stakeholder engagement and relationship building by effectively communicating and collaborating with local residents, healthcare professionals, and government officials, while also working with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and community organizations to enhance program support and participation.

• Manage projects and budgets efficiently by conceptualizing and executing initiatives within the local vaccination program framework, ensuring compliance with local regulations and policies, and demonstrating expertise in budget planning and management.

• Conduct data analysis and performance evaluations to assess the effectiveness of local vaccination programs, supporting data-driven decision-making to optimize program outcomes.

• Collaborate and coordinate efforts with internal teams, such as the vaccine department and marketing teams, as well as external stakeholders, including local healthcare organizations and government agencies, to ensure the successful operation of free vaccination programs.
